This incarnation of the table came about after talking to Matt Hale. I first included one of his works ‘Sealed’ at the Westminster Reference Library exhibition. We talked about the possibility of doing a combined exhibition. Matt brought up the question of why artworks had to be contained within a rectangle, this led me to making some 3D work incorporating the advertising hoarding material I had been using as a medium for a couple of years. Some of the works are still fighting with containment within broken or partial frames but the breakout has started.
